This is a gorgeous handmade French Lace off the shoulder jacket with covered buttons and 3/4 sleeves.  It was purchased for my niece but never used.  It was made by a local design company in Charleston SC, Garnish and Frill and purchased from the Gown Collective in Charleston SC
