Watters Topper never worn with tags. The base of the topper is lace with a scoop neck style cut. It has beautiful hand sewn beading in a floral design over the lace. Bading is v-neck in the front and gracefully slopes down toward the back. Pearls and elastic loopholes run down the center of the back. Size 8. Measures 15 inches from each of the shoulders to the bottom of the topper. Measures 11 inches from the top center of the back to the bottom. Total circumfrence at the bottom measures approximately 30 inches. Comes with extra pearls and beading. There is one small imperfection on the back at the bottom where one of the floral designs has lost it's beading.
