Other Street style unclassified dresses

My FMIL purchased this veil from Bijou Boutique in Orlando new for $300. It’s never been worn! It’s absolutely beautiful but is too full for my style. It needs to be steamed but is in, otherwise, flawless condition. I don’t have the receipt but I did call the store and make sure that this is the correct brand and style name of the veil. Asking $200.
