This beautiful ballroom gown will make you feel like a princess on your big day! The main material is organza, with the front of the dress parting to reveal the under-layers of tulle skirting (no petticoat needed!), while the sewn-on sash adds some glitz. A corset back was put in by a professional seamstress and really completes the "princess" look. The long train can be bustled up after the ceremony using the button/loop and tie under-bustle.
Last I checked David's Bridal is still carrying this dress in-store, so if you are interested but not 100% sure it's the one for you, try it on there and see! I had actually seen photos on DB's website and passed it over, but once I saw the gown in person and tried it on, that was it! The photos really do not do this dress justice.
**A note about the dress size: The dress itself is a size 6, while I am a size 8. With the corset back laced tightly this is a perfect size 8, and could probably even fit a size 10 by loosening the laces (see photos), but would be too large for a size 6. This is perfect if you are in between sizes or trying to lose some weight pre-wedding!
