2016 Pronovias Vienal gown – sweetheart neckline with sheer overlay in illusion tulle
Purchased originally as a sample in January 2017- original price was over $5000, was the most expensive dress at the sample sale in NYC Pronovias showroom
This dress is a combination of a gold overlay, cream fabric, and white lace. It is like nothing else available and the color is very warm and beautiful.
The back has a sheer back with lace overlay and full buttons to the waist - that give extra support but remains sexy and open.
The dress has a long train - over a meter long and is in a shape that gives a wide train when walking.
The train bustles up under and gives a princess looking full bustle for dancing. I designed this bustle with the idea of doing a ballroom and latin dance routine with ballroom dance shoes, I could not risk any tripping and it is a good design to get your groove on!
The veil was also a sample also but was ripped when purchased - I had a veil seamstress from New York City repair it. The veil is full length with a blusher that comes to your inner elbow. Extremely elegant and classic for a church wedding. You could also take the amount of lace on the veil and have it redesigned to anything. The lace on the veil train currently extends over the dress train just slightly.
There is also a matching hairpiece included that was custom designed from lace from the alteration to shorten the dress. It was made by a dance costume designer and cost $300 to have designed. Once you put he piece in you can dance and move and it will not slip out, your hairstylist will not need to add extra hair pins to secure it.
And finally, I never wore the dress, except for alterations and these photos that a friend took just to list it. It is in perfect condition! Happy to sell it to you, this is a dream wedding dress!!!! Please ask ANY questions, I have more photos as well. Thank you!
