This is a high end Swarovski crystal spray on bendable wire. It can be worn on back, side, or wrapped around a high bun as a tiara. There is a hoop on each end for bobbie pins and it sparkles beautifully.
This item was worn once at my wedding only. It measures approxiamately 8.5 long x 2 3/4" wide.
