Other Penelope Smocked unclassified dresses

This dress is brand new with the tags still attached. It has a sweetheart neckline and beautiful lace. The belt has an Art Deco clasp and the belt makes it truly flattering. The only reason I didn’t wear it is because I didn’t go to the gym as much as I wanted prior to the wedding and needed to wear something else. I think we’ve all been there. It’s beautiful, classic, and very elegant. Comes with a garment bag as well! As it’s never been worn, it may not need to be pressed, but that’s up to you. P.S. - I’m 5’4 and had a 2-3 inch heel on in this picture.
